WestWood wins MARK Munich competition
Munich's new office landmark "MARK MÜNCHEN" is one of the ten largest commercial properties in the metropolis: Up to 2,000 people will find their new working environment at this prestigious address. The striking office ensemble of AXA IM - Real Assets also features an underground parking garage with around 550 parking spaces. In order to make these usable, the 7,400 m² parking area as well as the entry and exit ramps with an area of approx.150 m² had to be effectively sealed and visually designed. WestWood won the tender of the general contractor Ed. Züblin - so the flexible, mechanically highly resilient surface protection system Wecryl OS 10 - 2.0 was used for this initial coating. This PMMA waterproofing system has been tested in accordance with the DAfStb guideline "Protection and Repair of Concrete Structures": An economical, high-quality and durable solution!
