Eleven balconies refurbished without seams or joints throughout
In the first construction phase, eleven balconies were refurbished on the third floor of the residential complex. Extensive preparatory work was necessary at the beginning. For example, the wall cladding as well as an old PU coating and partly old tile coverings were removed. The total area of approx. 132 m² was permanently and securely waterproofed with the fully fleece-reinforced WestWood® Wecryl waterproofing system. For visual relief, the connections to the rising building components were set off in dark gray.
