Wecryl H PMMA Sealing system

Wecryl 130 is a fast curing, low viscosity and solvent free primer for concrete. Wecryl 130 has been tested in accordance with the "Technical Terms of Delivery/Technical Test Specifications for Reactive Resins for Primers, Sealers and Scraper Fillers under Asphalt Pavements on Concrete" (TL/TP-BEL-EP) and the additional requirements H PMMA and may be used for the production of waterproofing systems consisting of a polymer bitumen welding membrane on a sealer, primer or scraper filler made of PMMA for civil engineering structures. Wecryl 130 is permitted for use on young concrete (> 7 d). The application or usability on structures and components of federal traffic routes is proven in the BASt list "Compilation of certified substances and substance systems according to TL-BEL-EP".

Application Areas:

The field of application consists of newly produced, to be renewed or partially renewed pavements on concrete roadway panels of bridges with a sealing layer of a polymer bitumen welding membrane.

Wecryl 130 is approved and tested according to TL/TP-BEL-EP and H PMMA as well as the compatibility test according to TL/TP-BEL-B, part 1 and can therefore be used on bridge pavements on concrete with a sealing layer of a polymer bitumen weldable membrane.
