WestWood Hard Grain
WestWood® hard grain is a very resistant and abrasion-resistant bedding granulate. Due to its sharp-edged shape, it provides increased grip on sloped surfaces, such as ramps or spindles in parking garages. Its special properties such as Polished Stone Value or Mohs hardness make it an alternative bedding material within the WestWood® surface protection system (OS 10 - 2.0) in the application areas of parking decks and parking garages.
Material Description:Corundum (Al2O3)
Area Of Application:Waterproofing of concrete components with separation cracks and scheduled mechanical stress. WestWood® hard aggregate is a system component of the WestWood® surface protection system OS 10 - 2.0 and is used as a bedding layer in Wecryl 333 flow mortar. Independent of the system, WestWood® Hard Grain can also be used as a bedding layer in Wecryl 337 and Weproof 333 / Wecryl 337 flow mortars.
